# Roadmap

ViewFT follows a rapid iteration model — ship fast, learn from users, iterate quickly.

## Phase I — MVP (Current)

**Goal:** Launch a working AI news aggregator with basic ViewCred scoring and points rewards.

* **Phase Ia** — Core news aggregation engine + basic content publishing
* **Phase Ib** — ViewCred Score v1 (earn through publishing and curating)
* **Phase Ic** — View Points system (earn by reading, sharing, flagging)
* **Phase Id** — Staked publishing (optional, for creators)

## Phase II — Verification & Community

* **Phase IIa** — AI fact-checking integration (automated layer)
* **Phase IIb** — Senate election system (editorial board)
* **Phase IIc** — Community voting on disputed content
* **Phase IId** — Slashing mechanics live

## Phase III — Token & Governance

* **Phase IIIa** — \$VIEW Token Generation Event (TGE)
* **Phase IIIb** — Points-to-token conversion for early participants
* **Phase IIIc** — On-chain governance
* **Phase IIId** — Revenue sharing activation

## Current Status (March 2026)

ViewFT is actively building Phase I with a small, focused team:

* **Core development:** AI news aggregation engine + ViewCred scoring prototype
* **Documentation:** Protocol documentation live at docs.viewft.com
* **Team:** Allan (marketing & community), Rachelle (development), Mr. Tiger (protocol design & incentive architecture)
* **Approach:** Ship fast, iterate rapidly — Phase Ia, Ib, Ic instead of traditional waterfall releases
