The Problem

Today’s news ecosystem is broken. Misinformation spreads faster than truth. Algorithms optimize for engagement, not accuracy. Creators have no skin in the game — they can publish anything without consequence, and readers have no reliable signal for what to trust.

The ViewFT Solution

ViewFT introduces three innovations that realign incentives across the news ecosystem:
  1. ViewCred Score — A non-purchasable credibility score that can only be earned through consistent, truthful content creation and curation. Like a credit score for journalism.
  2. Staked Publishing — Creators can optionally stake $VIEW tokens behind their content, putting real capital at risk if their content is found to be misleading.
  3. Three-Layer Verification — A hybrid fact-checking system combining AI analysis (30%), an elected editorial Senate (30%), and community voting (40%) to assess content accuracy.

How It Works

Creators publish content on ViewFT. The platform’s AI aggregates and curates news from across the web, while the incentive mechanism ensures that the best, most accurate content rises to the top — and misleading content gets slashed. Viewers earn View Points for reading, sharing, and curating quality content. High-ViewCred creators get algorithmic priority in content recommendations. The result: a news feed optimized for truth, not clicks.

Current Phase

ViewFT is in Phase I — building the MVP with core ViewCred scoring, points-based rewards, and the AI news aggregation engine. We’re iterating rapidly (Phase Ia, Ib, Ic…) with the goal of launching a public beta in 2026.
