ViewCred is deliberately designed to be immune to financial manipulation:- $VIEW tokens cannot increase ViewCred — staking tokens boosts content visibility, but does not affect the creator’s ViewCred Score
- No ViewCred marketplace — ViewCred cannot be traded, transferred, or sold between accounts
- No pay-to-skip tiers — there is no premium feature that accelerates ViewCred growth
- Sybil resistance — creating multiple accounts to farm ViewCred is detected and penalized
Staking vs. ViewCred: The Distinction
Both systems work together: ViewCred proves who you are, staking proves how confident you are in a specific piece of content. Neither alone is sufficient — the most trusted content comes from high-ViewCred creators who also stake.
